About OXYDIARY
Company background, location, capabilities, product range, and buyer support.
How long has OXYDIARY been in the drinkware industry?
OXYDIARY has 16 years of experience in drinkware and customized product supply. We support global brands, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, gift companies, and other B2B buyers with product selection, sampling, customization, production follow-up, quality control, and delivery coordination.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
OXYDIARY is a professional direct drinkware supplier with production and customization capabilities. Our factory is based in Yongkang City, while our commercial support teams operate from Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Yongkang. Factory photos, production videos, samples, and available qualification information can be provided for project review.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Yongkang, Zhejiang, China, a major manufacturing center for stainless steel drinkware. Our published contact address is 181 Yingbin Ave, Xiangzhu Town, Yongkang, Zhejiang 321313, P.R. China. The final shipping location may vary by model, stock position, and logistics plan.
What product categories do you supply?
Our main range includes stainless steel insulated bottles, tumblers, coffee cups, sports bottles, kids bottles, protein shakers, selected plastic and glass drinkware, lunch boxes, and customized gift drinkware. We can recommend models according to your market, channel, target user, capacity, lid, price position, and packaging needs.
Can you provide a catalog, factory media, or qualification documents?
Yes. We can provide a current catalog, available product photos, factory or production videos, sample information, and relevant qualification documents. Tell us the target product, destination market, quantity, and required standard so we can share the material that is applicable to the exact project rather than a generic file package.
Products & Materials
Materials, insulation, lids, care, accessories, and product-use questions.
What stainless steel materials are available?
Material depends on the product model and performance target. Many insulated drinkware models use 304 stainless steel for the food-contact inner wall, while selected upgraded models can support a 316 stainless steel inner liner. Outer walls and non-contact components may use different materials. We confirm the exact material by SKU before quotation and production.
Are your bottles and tumblers BPA-free?
Food-contact plastic components can be supplied as BPA-free according to the product model and project requirements. Because lids, straws, seals, and accessories vary, buyers should confirm the full component list and the required evidence for the destination market before ordering.
How long can an insulated bottle keep drinks hot or cold?
Thermal performance depends on structure, capacity, lid design, starting temperature, fill level, ambient conditions, and how often the lid is opened. Many vacuum-insulated models are designed for approximately 6 to 12 hours of temperature retention, while ice can last longer under suitable conditions. Exact performance should be confirmed against the selected model and test method.
Are all lids completely leakproof?
No. Leak resistance depends on the closure design and intended use. Sealed screw lids usually provide stronger bag-ready leak protection, while straw lids, sliders, flip lids, and vented designs may not be fully leakproof when inverted. We recommend defining the use scenario and approving the final lid, seals, straw, and closure operation during sampling.
Are the products dishwasher or microwave safe?
Stainless steel drinkware and metal components must never be placed in a microwave. Dishwasher suitability varies by model, coating, logo process, lid, and accessories; hand washing may be recommended to protect the finish and branding. Some glass or ceramic models may be microwave suitable only when their materials, decorations, and components have been confirmed for that use.
OEM & ODM Customization
Branding, surface finishes, product development, tooling, and custom packaging.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes. OEM services cover product configuration, colors, logos, labels, packaging, and repeat production based on an approved specification. ODM support can extend from concept, sketching, material and structure review, and 3D modeling to prototyping, mold development, sampling, and mass-production planning.
Which logo methods can you provide?
Available methods include laser engraving, screen printing, UV printing, heat-transfer printing, water-transfer printing, paint printing, 3D or 5D decorative printing, and label application. The right process depends on the body material, surface finish, artwork, color count, durability target, quantity, and budget, so the logo should be sampled on the final finish.
What surface finishes can be customized?
Options can include spray painting, matte or glossy finishes, soft-touch or rubberized coatings, powder-style finishes, gradients, rhinestone decoration, and full-surface water or hydro-transfer patterns. Availability and MOQ depend on the exact model, material, color target, process route, and approved appearance standard.
Can you develop a new bottle, lid, accessory, or mold?
Yes. For suitable ODM projects, our team can review drawings, reference samples, sketches, or product concepts and assist with appearance, structure, capacity, lid design, material selection, modeling, prototyping, and mold development. Tooling cost, ownership, validation stages, MOQ, and schedule are confirmed after technical evaluation.
Can you create private-label and custom packaging?
Yes. Private-label support can include brand colors, logos, barcode labels, instruction cards, stickers, gift sets, and packaging. Options include brown or white boxes, printed color boxes, display boxes, cylindrical boxes, window boxes, and export cartons with dividers. Packaging is quoted after the product dimensions, channel, artwork, materials, print, insert, and pack-out are defined.
Quality & Compliance
Inspection, testing, certifications, evidence scope, and intellectual property.
How do you control product quality?
Our production controls include metalworking inspection, polishing inspection, spray-painting or surface-finish inspection, controlled color comparison, vacuum testing, and packaging-line inspection. The final acceptance plan should also define the approved sample, defect criteria, quantity, test scope, packaging, and any buyer-specific inspection requirements.
Do you inspect finished products before shipment?
Yes. Final checks may cover appearance, logo, color, components, assembly, leakage or closure performance, vacuum integrity, accessories, labels, individual packaging, carton marks, and shipment readiness. The exact inspection method and sampling level should be agreed for the specific SKU and purchase order.
Which certificates or test reports can you provide?
Available company, social-compliance, material, or product documentation may include ISO 9001, BSCI, FDA, LFGB, REACH, CE, FCC, or other records depending on the product and project. A certificate or report applies only within its stated company, model, material, sample, test method, and market scope, so we confirm the exact evidence needed before production.
Can a third-party inspection or destination-market test be arranged?
Yes. Third-party inspection or laboratory testing can be discussed when required. Buyers should define the destination, applicable standard, test item, laboratory or inspection body, sample selection, timing, cost responsibility, and acceptance rule before the order is finalized.
How do you handle customer artwork and intellectual property?
We respect intellectual property rights and use customer artwork for the agreed project. Buyers should own or have authorization to use submitted logos, graphics, characters, shapes, and packaging content. We can flag obvious production concerns, but formal clearance of trademarks, patents, designs, and copyrights remains the buyer's responsibility.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
MOQ, quotations, samples, order workflow, payment, and trade terms.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model, stock status, material, color, logo process, packaging, components, and production route. Selected stock or simple-logo programs may start from approximately 100 pieces. Custom colors, complex finishes, new components, or new molds normally require higher quantities, which are confirmed after the complete specification is reviewed.
Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes. Samples help confirm product quality, dimensions, materials, lid operation, finish, color, logo, accessories, and packaging before bulk production. Available stock models or simple logo samples can often be arranged in 1 to 3 days, while new molds, special finishes, and custom packaging require a project-specific schedule.
What information is required for an accurate quotation?
Please provide the product model or use case, capacity, material, lid, quantity, colors, logo artwork and process, packaging, labels, destination, test requirements, trade term, and required delivery date. A price is comparable only when suppliers quote the same sellable configuration and evidence scope.
Which payment methods and trade terms do you support?
We support common international payment methods and can discuss options such as T/T or L/C for suitable orders. Trade terms can include EXW, FOB, CIF, or agreed door-to-door service. The final payment schedule and trade term depend on order value, customization, customer history, destination, and logistics arrangement.
Can you issue commercial documents with a lower value to reduce tax?
No. Commercial invoices, customs declarations, and shipping documents must reflect the genuine transaction and comply with applicable laws. If you need a delivered-cost option, ask whether a lawful door-to-door or DDP solution is available for your destination instead of requesting inaccurate documents.
Production, Shipping & Delivery
Lead times, shipping methods, mixed loads, customs, and delivery planning.
What is the normal production lead time?
Available stock can often be prepared shortly after payment confirmation. Regular customized orders may be completed in approximately 5 to 10 days under suitable conditions, but actual timing depends on quantity, components, logo process, color, packaging, testing, approvals, and factory schedule. New molds or complex development require a longer confirmed plan.
Which international shipping methods are available?
Depending on destination, quantity, carton size, budget, and delivery deadline, we can help coordinate express courier, air freight, sea freight, railway shipment, or door-to-door logistics. We can compare practical options after the packed dimensions, weight, destination address, and required arrival date are known.
Can different products be combined in one shipment or container?
Yes, mixed-model shipments can often be arranged when production schedules, carton dimensions, quantities, loading, documentation, and destination requirements are compatible. Each SKU still needs its own confirmed specification, packing list details, carton marks, and inspection criteria.
Are duties and customs clearance included in the product price?
Normally, product prices do not include destination duties, VAT, customs brokerage, or local charges unless an agreed delivered or DDP solution explicitly includes them. Responsibility depends on the selected Incoterm and logistics service. All shipments must follow legal customs procedures and use accurate documents.
How can buyers reduce the risk of a late delivery?
Set the required arrival date, not only the ship date; approve the product, artwork, packaging, and test scope early; allow time for sample revisions and freight; and confirm production milestones in writing. If an unexpected delay occurs, we review the cause, communicate the revised plan, and handle responsibility according to the agreed order terms.
After-Sales & Partnership
Warranty scope, transit damage, complaints, repeat orders, and distribution cooperation.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
We provide after-sales support for verified product-quality, customization, packing, shipping, and order-follow-up issues. Warranty scope and period depend on the product type, components, use conditions, and purchase agreement, so these terms should be confirmed in the quotation or order rather than assumed across every SKU.
What information is needed to investigate a quality issue?
Please provide the order number, SKU, affected quantity, carton or batch identification, clear photos, videos, inspection records, and a description of when and how the issue occurred. Keeping the affected goods and packaging available helps us determine whether the cause relates to production, handling, transport, storage, or use.
What happens if goods are damaged during transportation?
Notify us and the logistics provider promptly, keep the cartons and products, and provide photos, videos, labels, counts, and delivery records. Responsibility and the available remedy depend on the shipping term, carrier evidence, insurance, platform protection, and investigation result.
How are repeat orders kept consistent?
Repeat orders should reference the approved SKU specification, physical sample, artwork, Pantone target, components, packaging, inspection criteria, and a written change log. We confirm availability and any approved material or process changes before starting the next production batch.
Can we discuss long-term pricing or exclusive distribution?
Yes. Long-term pricing can be reviewed according to annual volume, product mix, order frequency, customization, packaging, and logistics planning. Exclusive distribution requires a separate assessment of territory, channels, sales capability, annual purchase commitment, brand responsibilities, and performance terms before any exclusivity is agreed.
